Struedel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small container sour cream
    apricot jam
    1/2 c. walnuts
    sugar
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1/2 c. raisins
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut butter into flour.
    Add sour cream.
    Divide into 2 or 3 parts. Refrigerate 3 or 4 hours.
    Roll dough 1/8-inch thick. Spread with apricot jam.
    Mix raisins and walnuts together. Spread thinly on top of jam.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll as for jelly roll.
    Cut slits in top 1/2-inch apart. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until brown.
