Cocoa Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place egg whites in bowl.
    Beat with spoon until slightly frothy.
    Add oil and vanilla.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Stir in sugar and cocoa.
    Mix well.
    Stir in flour and salt until blended.
    Oil bottom of a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 26 to 28 minutes.
    Avoid overbaking.
