Pineapple Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large graham cracker crust
    2 pkg. (8 oz. each) softened cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained (reserve 1 c. juice)
    1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until smooth and fluffy; beat in 1/2 cup sugar and the eggs.
    Stir in 2/3 cup of pineapple juice.
    Pour cream cheese mixture into a large graham cracker crust.
    Bake just until the center is set, about 20 minutes.
    Cool completely.
