Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. persimmon pulp
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put into a buttered pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
