Banana Bread(Low Fat Version) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
    1 1/2 c. Splenda
    Egg Beaters to equal 2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 or 4 large ripe bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Measure and sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Cream butter, add sugar. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Stir in mashed bananas. Fold in dry ingredients. Spray 2 small loaf pans with Pam. Pour in mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55-60 minutes.
