Chicken Ala King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked chicken (bite-sized pieces)
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms with juice
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saute celery and green peppers in butter like for stir-fry. Don't overcook, as it needs to be crisp.
    Add rest of ingredients. Heat until bubbly.
    Serve over rice.
    Portions freeze well.
