Baked Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. soft bread crumbs (for topping)
Preparation
    In large bowl, break salmon into small chunks with a fork. Remove skin if desired.
    Add remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into muffin pans.
    It will make 12 muffins.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of each muffin.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 6.
