Hot Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese (lite)
    2 dashes Tabasco/Texas Pete
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
Preparation
    Brown beef and sausage.
    Drain cubed cheese.
    Add tomatoes and hot sauce.
    Put all into crock-pot. Great to use with chips.
