Pineapple-Glazed Pork Loin(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork loin
    1 can (8 1/2 oz.) pineapple rings, reserve juice
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Glaze:
    Mix pineapple juice, mustard, ginger, paprika, brown sugar and cornstarch in a dish.
    Microwave at High power for 1 minutes.
    Stir well.
    Microwave 30 seconds until mixture boils and thickens.
