Fried Rice And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lean pork chops
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    3 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Fry pork chops until lightly browned, but not dry.
    Cool and cut meat into narrow strips, discarding bone.
    Leave two tablespoons of fat in skillet.
    Saute onions, mushrooms and meat in fat.
    Add rice; stir and drizzle soy sauce on mixture until brown in color, but not soupy (about 2 ounces soy sauce).
