All Day Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stew meat, cubed
    1 lb. bag frozen mixed vegetables
    4 carrots, sliced
    2 onions, cut in chunks
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained)
    1/4 c. Minute tapioca
    1 heaping tsp. instant coffee
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 beef bouillon cube or 1 tsp. instant bouillon
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into a large ovenproof pan.
    Mix and cover.
    Cook in preheated oven at 250\u00b0 for 7 hours, at 300\u00b0 for 5 hours or at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    It makes its own gravy.
