1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick softened oleo
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
9 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 box chocolate instant pudding
2 c. milk
1 box vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
Hershey bar, grated
Preparation

Mix chopped pecans, flour, sugar and softened oleo.
Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until slightly browned.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy; add half of Cool Whip.
Spread over crust.
