Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb. each) cans sweet potatoes
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Mash sweet potatoes.
    Be sure to get all lumps out.
    Add 1/2 stick oleo, nutmeg, sugar, milk, cinnamon and eggs.
    Mix.
    Pour into a greased baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until firm.
    Melt 1/2 stick oleo.
    Add brown sugar, nuts and corn flakes.
    Mix.
    Spread on sweet potatoes and bake for about 15 minutes.
