Pork Sausage Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 c. water off of raisins
1/2 lb. mild pork sausage (uncooked)
2 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts, finely chopped
Preparation

Cover raisins with water and simmer for 20 minutes.
Mix all other ingredients except water.
Add water from raisins.
Bake in 2 lightly greased and floured round 9-inch cake pans at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
When cake is cool, ice with Penucle Icing.
