Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

6 (1/4-inch) pork chops
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 to 8 medium size potatoes
1 soup can milk
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown and salt and pepper the pork chops in 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
Peel and slice potatoes and put in rectangular pan or baking dish.
Peel and slice onion and put on top of potatoes.
Salt and pepper over potatoes and onion. Put pork chops on top of the potatoes and onion.
Take cream of mushroom soup and the 1 can of milk and mix together in a bowl. Pour over pork chops and potatoes.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
