Pan Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1/3 c. tomato paste
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large bowl, dissolve yeast from roll mix in 1 cup warm water.
    Stir in flour mixture from mix and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
    With greased fingers, pat dough out onto bottom and halfway up sides of a greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until deep golden brown (about 20 minutes).
