Creamy Carrot Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium carrots, scraped and cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. dry breadcrumbs
    2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling water 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
    Combine next 6 ingredients; mix well.
    Add carrots; toss gently.
    Spoon into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Combine breadcrumbs and butter; mix well.
    Sprinkle over carrot mixture; bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
