Spanish Lima Beans In A Snap - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, diced
    1/2 red pepper, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 (17 oz.) can Del Monte green lima beans, drained
Preparation
    Microwave Directions:
    Place onion, red pepper, garlic, oil and thyme in microwave dish.
    Cover and cook on High 1 minute or until red pepper is tender-crisp.
    Stir in lima beans.
    Cover and cook on High 3 to 4 minutes or until hot.
    Makes 4 servings.
