Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. caraway seed
1 c. raisins
1 egg
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly grease baking pan and set aside.
Mix dry ingredients, raisins and caraway seed in large mixing bowl.
Add egg, margarine and buttermilk and mix well. Place dough on a floured board and mold into a round loaf.
Place in greased pan and bake for 1 hour.
Serve at once or let cool and serve toasted.
