Luscious Lemon Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 unpeeled large fresh shrimp
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. vermouth (may substitute vinegar)
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked (I have used canned crabmeat)
Preparation

Peel shrimp, leaving tails on; devein and set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet.
Add shrimp, crabmeat and the rest of the ingredients.
Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 4 to 5 minutes.
Spoon into 4 individual serving dishes.
Arrange shrimp around crabmeat.
