Moist Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 baby food jar prunes
    1 baby food jar apricots
    1/2 or 1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cream oil and sugar.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Beat.
    Then add dry ingredients alternately with baby food.
    Last, add nuts if desired.
    Bake in a lightly greased tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
