Elegant Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Louis Kemp crab flakes
    1/2 c. green onion slices
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. half and half
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle cheese, crab flakes, onion, flour and seasonings in pie crust.
    Beat together eggs and half and
    half.
    Pour over cheese mixture.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until set.
    Yield: 6 servings.
