Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. chopped meat
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    seasoned bread crumbs
    1 small onion
    2 eggs
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine meat, pepper, onion, garlic, eggs, bread crumbs and some sauce (1/2 can) for consistency into bowl and mix together. Transfer to baking dish (mold it into shape).
    Pour rest of sauce over meat.
    Cover with tinfoil.
    Place in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Should be brown inside.
    Uncover; remove foil first few minutes but don't burn.
