Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. light corn syrup
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 lb. shelled raw peanuts
Preparation

Combine baking soda, water and vanilla in a small dish and set aside.
Place sugar, water and corn syrup in a deep 3-quart heat resistance, non-metallic casserole.
Stir to blend.
