Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. fresh apples, chopped
1 c. black walnuts (optional)
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Mix all
ingredients together and bake in large pan for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
Do not grease the pan.
