Strawberry Angel Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 egg whites
    1c. sugar
    1 small carton whipping cream, whipped
    1 pt. frozen strawberries, thawed
Preparation
    Combine
    flour, sugar, nuts and butter; spread into a 9 x 13-inch
    baking
    pan.
    Bake
    20
    minutes
    at 350\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
    Crumble
    when
    cool.
    Reserve
    1/3
    of this for topping.
    Spread remainder back into the pan.
    Combine unbeaten egg
    whites,
    sugar and lemon juice in a large bowl.
    Beat for 10 minutes.
    Fold in whipped cream and strawberries.
    Pour over the crumbled mixture.
    Add topping; freeze 6 hours before serving.
