Green Bean Casserole 3 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (1 lb.) cans French-style green beans
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
paprika
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine until lightly browned.
Add flour, blending in well. Add sour cream and heat slowly, stirring until mixture thickens slightly. Drain beans and add to sauce. Stir in salt and pepper.
Turn mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle top with cheese and paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
