Barbecued Tuna(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 oz. tuna
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. mustard
dash of dehydrated onion flakes
1/2 c. tomato puree
1/2 green pepper, diced
dash of celery seed
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
artificial sweetener to equal 2 tsp. sugar (or use 2 tsp. sugar)
Preparation

Simmer all ingredients 15 to 20 minutes uncovered.
Use on low-cal lite bread for a lo-cal meal.
