Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf bread
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 stick melted butter
cinnamon and sugar mix
Preparation

Cut crusts from bread.
Mix sugar, cheese and egg yolk and spread mixture on bread.
Roll slices up, then dip in melted butter, then in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Cut in bite size pieces and freeze.
When ready to use, remove from freezer and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes.
Ready to serve.
