Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1/3 c. wheat bran
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. raisins or other dried fruit
3/4 c. honey
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In bowl, mix together all dry ingredients well.
Mix together all liquid ingredients in separate bowl.
Fold dry ingredients into the wet ones and mix well.
Do not overmix.
Pour into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch nonstick loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
