Stir-Fried Chicken With Linguini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 (8 oz.) pkg. linguini
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 lb. snow peas (6 oz. frozen)
2 green onions, in 2-inch pieces
1 large red pepper
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. instant chicken bouillon
Preparation

Skin and debone chicken. Slice diagonally.
In a bowl, mix chicken, soy sauce and cornstarch. Set aside. Prepare linguini. Drain and set aside.
In skillet, with salad oil over high heat, cook mushrooms, snow peas, onion and red pepper, stirring quickly, until crispy (3 to 5 minutes).
With slotted spoon, remove vegetables to a bowl.
In drippings, cook chicken mixture until tender (3 to 5 minutes). Return vegetables to skillet. Add water and bouillon.
Heat to boiling, stirring to loosen bits from bottom of pan. Add linguini and gently toss.
