Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. bell pepper
1 1/2 c. vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. hot pepper
pinch of salt
1 bottle Certo
Preparation
-
Chop pepper; add small amount of vinegar to mix.
The pour rest over this and mix with sugar and pinch of salt.
Put on heat and boil 5 minutes; set aside and cool 10 minutes.
Add Certo and pour into jars.
Seal.
