Fluffy Oven Eggs And Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon (12 slices) or 1 c. chopped ham
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Cut bacon slices into thirds.
    Cook bacon in skillet until almost crisp.
    Add onion.
    Cook until bacon is crisp.
    Drain, then spread bacon and onion in bottom of casserole dish.
