French Cherry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    24 crushed saltine crackers
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in sugar, crackers, vanilla, vinegar, baking powder and pecans. Spread in 9X13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Let cool.
