Diabetic Fruit Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. dates, chopped
3/4 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 stick oleo
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Boil together fruits and water; remove from heat.
Add oleo. Mix this mixture with rest of ingredients all at once.
Bake in a greased 8 x 8-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cut into bars.
