Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground venison
1 lb. sausage
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 chopped onion
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
2 cans beef gravy
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 (6 oz.) carton sour cream
1 1/4 c. sherry
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix venison, sausage, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, onion, eggs and bread crumbs.
Form into balls.
Saute in butter, flour and milk.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs.
Simmer in crock-pot for 2 to 3 hours.
