Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. batter (prepared from any good cornbread recipe)
1 c. finely chopped onion

Preparation

Mix onion with batter and drop by spoonfuls into a skillet of very hot grease.
It is delicious and a fine way to use leftover fish grease.
