Spoon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. cornmeal meal (1 c.)
1 qt. boiling water
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Add boiling water to corn meal, along with margarine.
Stir until meal is well moistened and margarine is melted and mixture is smooth.
Add salt and sugar.
Allow to cool.
Add well beaten eggs.
Pour into hot, well-greased baking dish (1 1/2-quart). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until firm.
