Mom'S Lettuce And Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 lb. bacon
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. cold water
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Beat eggs, water, vinegar and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Heat at low temperature until thickened.
    Fry bacon.
    Shred lettuce in bowl. Pour warm dressing over lettuce and crumble bacon into salad. Serve warm.
