Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. mashed pinto beans, cooked day before (plain or 1/2 can plain)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. coconut
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Melt butter and add other ingredients. Blend well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
