Bourbon Marinade For Steak Or Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. bourbon
    1/2 c. Oriental sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1/2 c. beef bouillon (for beef) or fish stock or water (for salmon)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a glass or plastic container. Add steak or salmon and let soak at least 2 hours or overnight. Guaranteed to be tender and delicious.
