Chicken Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    1 c. raw rice
    2 c. celery
    1 or 2 cans mandarin orange segments
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (more or less as you like)
Preparation
    Cook regular or quick brown rice.
    I always use the regular white rice.
    Cool and add bite size cooked chicken.
    Chop celery and nuts and add.
    Add mayonnaise and orange segments.
    Add salt as you like.
