Pork Chops Baked In Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
flour
10 1/2 oz. condensed tomato soup
10 1/2 oz. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. minced onions
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Roll pork chops in flour.
Brown in hot fat.
Place the chops in baking dish.
Mix soup, water, onion, celery, pepper and salt. Heat.
Remove from heat and pour over chops.
Cover the dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Remove the cover for the last 15 minutes.
Cover the top with crushed cornflakes if desired.
