Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. crushed pineapple
    2 c. pecans
    2 c. bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add eggs and oil. Stir until moistened. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup pecans and bananas.
    Put in three 9-inch pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Use Cream Cheese Icing and put 1 cup pecans on top and sides.
