Green Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. peeled and chopped apples
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir until well blended.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Batter will be thick.
    Place in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan or 3 1/2-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
