Best Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 beaten eggs
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 slices bread
    raisins
Preparation
    Scald 3 cups of milk.
    Add sugar, eggs, margarine and vanilla. Spray 7 x 11-inch Pyrex dish and put raisins on bottom.
    Break slices of bread, including crust, and place over raisins.
    Pour milk mixture over bread and let stand until bread soaks up milk. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
    Start in cold oven. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
