Microwave Peach Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium peaches, sliced or 2 cans sliced peaches, drained
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. quick oats
3 Tbsp. soft butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Arrange peaches in square microwave dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch). Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over peaches. Microwave, uncovered, on High for 6 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn. Microwave until peaches are tender, 4 to 6 minutes longer.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
