Wiener Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hot dogs
    1 green bell pepper
    1 stalk celery
    1 medium onion
    2 carrots
    3 medium potatoes
    salt and pepper
    2 cans (6 oz.) tomato sauce
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan, fill half with water and half with tomato sauce.
    Cut ingredients in 1-inch pieces.
    Cook for 1 hour before serving.
    Season to taste.
    Serves 2 for 3 days.
    Next day, flavor is better.
    The third day flavor is best.
