Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 lb. ground lean beef
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 oz. mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup (Campbell's)
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Use heavy skillet.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Stir in meat, garlic, flour, salt, onion, pepper, paprika and mushrooms.
    Saute for 5 minutes.
    Add soup and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Turn off flame and add sour cream and mix.
    Serve on rice or noodles.
    Makes 6 servings.
