Chicken A'La Orange - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
paprika
salt
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. tarragon
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken breasts with paprika and salt.
Melt margarine in skillet; brown chicken slightly on each side.
Add marmalade, tarragon and lemon juice.
Lower heat, simmer about 20 minutes.
